Just a quick note to say thanks for the presentation. The feedback from attendees was excellent! I found it very useful personally – particularly the idea of using successful commercial websites as examples of good practice and your explanation of analytical tools like Google Analytics.

The presentation was pitched at just the right level for the audience and, although you covered a lot in a fairly short time, the handout that you produced was a great way of helping attendees to retain the information.
