- There are many aspects you need to consider when creating a new website, such as how easy the website is to use and navigate, how appealing the site is visually, as well as how well you encourage your visitors to do something (such as buy something or sign up to a newsletter). I’ll help you come up with ways of addressing each of those design aspects.

- The most difficult part of running a website is getting visitors. One of the most effective ways of getting new visitors is ensuring people can find your website in the search engines. I’ll show you how to optimise your website to give you the best chance of getting good rankings in the search engines.
- Getting links to your website
- A key aspect of getting good rankings in the search engines is getting people to link to your website from their website. I’ll give you advice on the best methods of building links to your website. There are also many bad methods of getting links (which harm your search engine rankings), and I’ll help you to avoid those too.
- Using Social Networking tools
- You’ve probably heard about Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. These are examples of social networking tools. You may have heard of others too. Social networking tools are a great way of building a community around your website. I’ll help you to use these tools effectively.
Package 1 – The Jumpstart Package – One-Off Mentoring Session
The Jumpstart Package is a single face-to-face mentoring session lasting 2½ hours where I learn about what kind of website you want to create, and then offer resources, suggestions and ideas of how to get going.
I’ll cover all aspects of creating your website, including the design, getting backlinks, ensuring your website is simple to use, etc. Essentially I’ll be giving you a list of steps you need to take in order to create your website. Once we’ve had our meeting, I’ll put all of the advice into a detailed written report so that you can refer to it at your leisure.
Package 2 – The Headstart Package – 6 Months of Website Mentoring
The Headstart Package is the most effective way for me to help you create and grow your website.
Through 6 months of mentoring sessions, I help you to create your website from scratch and I’ll break down the aspects of creating your website into manageable chunks. I can help to motivate you as you build your website as well as offering constructive advice and helpful ideas as you go.
The growth package features 6 sessions, each of 90 minutes, with one session per month. This gives a total of 6 months of sessions. This allows me to pass on a great deal of experience and advice to you. My focus is ensuring you get your website off to a great start!
