If you have an idea for a web-based business, but don’t know where to start, then I can help to develop a plan for your idea, as well as give you advice on how to get going.

I can help you with working out the business model, promotion methods, extra ideas, and implementation. Here are some examples of the things I can help you examine.

Identifying any technical constraints

We can determine if your idea is possible and what technical issues you might need to address. We can also look for tools to help get you going more quickly.

Expanding existing ideas

We can come up with fresh ideas and find new applications or markets for existing ideas.

Finding new solutions

We can work on new solutions to both new and existing problems as ways of deriving a new income stream.

Essentially, I act as a soundboard for your ideas, and then point you in the right direction so that you can implement your project. I can then coach you at all stages through your project if you feel you need the help.

If you wish for me to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to any discussions, I’m happy to accommodate those needs.

Pricing

My standard hourly rate for mentoring and consulting is £50 per hour. A discount of 10% applies for booking 2 or more hours in advance.
